Theme settings
Global controls that apply across your whole store. Open Theme settings from the bottom of the theme editor sidebar.
Logo
- Logo image and a logo width control for the header.
- Set a favicon so your brand mark appears in browser tabs.
Colors
Regimen uses color schemes — reusable palettes you assign per section, rather than one-off colors. Each scheme defines a background, text, button, button label, secondary button label, accent, and border color.
- The Clinic preset ships with a light scheme (
scheme-1) and a dark scheme (scheme-2). - Edit a scheme once and every section using it updates.
- Assign a scheme to any section from that section's settings.
Accessibility: keep strong contrast between background and text in every scheme. Low-contrast palettes are the most common thing that hurts readability and Lighthouse accessibility scores.
Typography
- Pick a heading font and a body font from Shopify's font library.
- Adjust base type scale so headings and body text feel balanced.
Layout
- Page width — the maximum content width for the store.
- Spacing between sections and around content.
Buttons
Control button corner radius and style so calls-to-action match your brand — from sharp and clinical to soft and rounded.
Cart
- Choose the cart type — a slide-out cart drawer or a full cart page.
- Enable a free-shipping progress bar to nudge order value.
Animations
Toggle subtle scroll and hover animations. Keep these tasteful — heavy motion can distract from conversion and affect performance.
Changes in Theme settings are previewed live in the editor and only go live when you Save (and publish, if you're editing an unpublished copy).
