In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes → Add theme → Upload zip file and select Regimen.zip. Then click Customize. Full steps are in Getting started.

No. The COA viewer and Supplement facts blocks accept content typed directly into their settings. Metafields are only needed when you want to manage per-product data (lab results, facts) outside the theme editor. See the metafield table in Getting started.

These blocks hide themselves when they have no content. Check that the product's metafield is filled in (or that you've typed fallback content into the block), and that the block's metafield setting matches your metafield's namespace and key exactly (e.g. custom.coa_files).

A subscriptions app that creates Shopify selling plans (for example, Shopify Subscriptions). Attach a selling plan to a product and the subscribe option appears automatically. Products without a selling plan simply show the normal buy button.

The Product reviews block reads from the Shopify Product Reviews app (the spr.reviews metafield). Install that app and collect reviews, and ratings will appear.

Yes. Regimen includes the page.quiz and page.stack-builder templates. Create a page and assign the matching template from the page's Theme template selector.

Open Theme settings in the editor. Colors are managed as reusable schemes; fonts are under Typography. See Theme settings.

Settings you configure in the theme editor are stored with your theme and are preserved. If you edit theme code directly, keep a record of your changes — a theme update replaces theme files. We recommend duplicating your theme before any code edits.
