Our support policy
- We reply to support requests within two business days.
- Support covers theme bugs and questions about using Regimen's features — settings, sections, blocks, and setup.
- Critical issues (a broken layout, a dead link, or a logical error in the theme) are prioritized and fixed as quickly as possible.
- Custom development, third-party app configuration, and changes to your custom code fall outside standard support, but we're glad to point you in the right direction.
