Our support policy

• We reply to support requests within two business days.
• Support covers theme bugs and questions about using Regimen's features — settings, sections, blocks, and setup.
• Critical issues (a broken layout, a dead link, or a logical error in the theme) are prioritized and fixed as quickly as possible.
• Custom development, third-party app configuration, and changes to your custom code fall outside standard support, but we're glad to point you in the right direction.
